Cfl vs led bulb for clones/mothers

So easy question for anyone who is up to date on new lighting tech.

I always use regular 40w fluro tubes from walmart or the highest watt cfl from lowes/home de~pot (lol) for my clones and 2 or 3 mothers. I dont need to many clones, only about, 27 every 3 months. So never needed intense lighting for them.

I recently got 3xAT600's to replace my 6x600 hps's for flower room, so i was wondering do thos led bulbs meant for household lighting sockets work as well as cfl for clones and mums? Id like to use them but cant find anything on google about them vs cfl for growing

Any info would b great. Thnx

Once again my google~fu fails me..

Does anyone know if thos led tubes r plug and run rdy into a standard furo fixture? Does the ballast need switched out? Do u have to buy the ballast seperatly?

I am currently revegging, but soon will be starting a new grow using Transcend Lighting T5 LED tubes: $70/30w. They offer both veg and flower tubes
