CFL Veg Cab Questions

I have decided to supplement my 430w Mill's Pride cab with a smaller cab for re-vegging, vegging, and starting clones.
The cabinet has a floor area of ~3' (15"*30") and is ~3' tall.

I am planning on using 3 40w cfls.
- Is this enough or should I add another?

I would like to wire them all together.
- Do I series or parallel wire? How?
- Can I wire 160w onto a regular 2 prong power cord?

I am planning on venting using passive intake in the bottom and a 120mm pc fan to exaust out the top. The 120mm's move around 60 cfm.
- Is this enough to cool my op?
- How can I light proof my fan?

I'm vegging right now, just two plants, using eight 15w CFLs. They're all wired together into a $2 extension cord from Wal Mart, 120w isn't that much and that cord can definitely handle it. I've got two 84cfm 120mm fans pulling through and inch of carbon, and my temps stay from 0-5f above ambient.

Here's a basic wiring diagram for ya

Are the 40w lights warm, verses cool?
you wont have issues with heat, i run 8x23watters and no heat issues at all.

Oh, in case you were wondering, six of my CFLs are 6500k (Cool) and the other two are 2700k (Warm)

As of right now I am trying to wire together 1 warm 40w (3000k) and 2 cool 26w (6500k).

What kind of wire do you use? Can I just dismantle a power cord and use that to connect the lights? What kind of circuit is best?
Bount, is the diagram you shared optimal?

I don't know if it's optimal, it works peferctly fine though. The little red dots are wire screws. If you wanted, I just bought 14 gauge stranded wire at home depot, i bought like 20 feet of black and white, and that was more than enough. Dismantling a power cord should be fine, a few CFLs don't draw much power so it should be ok. But if you're in doubt, just go buy some 16 or 14 gauge.
