Cell phone look-up

I hope everybody's having a good one this year.

Recently I've had a few strange phone calls and I haven't been able to get any information via web searches or Facebook. Does anybody have a recommendation for a reliable and successful cell phone Look-up?

When I get an unknown phone number calling me, I always google it, and it never fails to give a website that gives me info. Most times the info is from others who have received calls from the same number, and usually the caller is identified but not always. Things like where the call originates from is usually the least amount of info that I find.

Can you describe more completely what kind of internet searches you've done?
