I agree NT but its one sided,at least it was.I want to see what this guy has to say too.I questioned a caregiver growing 80 plants for himself and two other patients and got runned outta the med forum lol,it's where I earned my DEA title by god.

Wow is all i can say i mean Minister's to so called "rappers", i dont what to think about the segment, Make a video saying **** the feds, then to say your worried and the amount time your facing, then the minister almost gave me the feeling he was giving in to the media kinda saying what they want him to say, but hes also being honest and giving his point of view being one of the pioneers of the movements. but i do no one thing it was a great sight to see people on tv smoking, during interviews on camera. Its coming.

I liked the segment last night I think they need to really come up with better dispensing methods because the government wants all this rampant abusing of the law. They want to take away medical marijuana from legitimate patients. they want to go in and raid these shops who spit in there face. Whats up with the hip hop star he says **** the feds! how stupid can one person be I hope that guy get time behind bars because Hes HURTING =the chance of Medical marijuana becoming legal marijuana We need medical marijuana and right now its being abused to the point the other side is saying look I told you so. Its a joke in california people need to respect the laws instead everyone is trying to capitilize off of it and make money lots of money. The people who voted to push Medical pot through didnt expect it to go this way.

I watched the segment. As usual I feel it was a little too biased and ending it with the Minister saying "it's Chaos" really exemplifies the biased and unrealistic representation the media pushes on us. If anything it is far more regulated and distributed in a more acceptable manner than street purchases. I hate being misrepresented and opinions formed about me based on misinformation. Do they think it's "worse" than it was before prop215/SB 420? It was here and plentiful before it was "Legal" and will be here for anyone who wants it wether it's further legalized, maintains a legal status for medicinal purposes only or ultimately is made completely illegal again. It's not going away and the only thing legalizing it is going to do is let the FEDS regulate and most likely make money from it. Just my 2¢............................RD

a Real grower would know plant numbers mean diddly squat.

someone can grow a pound from 1 plant, and someone can need 36 plants to get a pound. depends on style, depends on strain. it's called SOG.

but hey, i never expected The "American" to be capable of such reasoning. and you wonder why you get called an agent all the time.

can't wait to see the documentary, i have a feeling it has much denegration in it though.

p.s. can everyone please make a conscious effort not to call the herb "pot". please. it's demeaning.

Yea, I can't reason someone has 80 plants for 3 people and is abusing the system hahaha.The problem here is people can't take any kind of criticism about anything that has to do with MMJ in Cali,absolute zero tolerance for an "outsiders"point of view.When I said public perception is everything and maybe screaming 60s slogans outside of a dispensery with blunt in mouth wasn't good PR,I was dubbed king fed.Pretty funny really,I never said I had all or any answers just giving an outsiders point of view.Outside points of view are only welcome when they fit the "mold" apparently.Its too bad too because they seem in dire need of alternate points of view.

You betcha. When I was living in SF back around 2002 for a few years, I aquired a medical marijuana permit (via a doctor who advertised on the back page of the Bay Area Guardian...$200). The first pot club that I began shopping at sold all kinds of weed, from cheap to expensive. One time when I was short on cash, I bought their lesser quality selection...I think it was $25 or so for an 1/8.

When I got home and examined my little purchase I couldn't help noticing that I had been sold a bag of shwag, it was still damp and had what appeared to be mold in it. I went back and demanded my money back, and I actually had to verbally fight with the manager of the place, who continued to refuse to refund my money. The nice lady behind the bar eventually took my side and paid me out of her pocket. Hope she got it back from the asshole manager.
