cbd recipe?

i have 14 grams of bho of 23:1 cbd trim.
i want a family member who just got hospitalized by their #$@#$@ meds to eat it instead of the pills that are not working and hurt him. the cbd worked in a test run with honey sticks. no symptoms during the test dosing!!!! i want it tested first for dosing accuracy.

but.... im in a hurry. id love a quick guideline suggestion id like to give it to them tomorrow while they are in town.
i dont have time to read for hours.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

i want to aim for about 20 milligrams per teaspoon.
or 5 miligramss per 1.25 milliliters
i figure if i decarb by diluting into a carrier like coconut oil at 250 i am going to waste less cbd on testing a gram.
that said, is there anything you would say about the process.
i was told to bring it to 250 for a certain(?) amount of time. i obviously dont want to degrade cbd or leave any that didn't get decarboxylated?
this is far from my field of expertise and i haven't got the energy or interest to read for hours about it. they are waiting for me to do all this for them. i thought maybe i could pick your brain so bear with me.
does this sound right?
what would wonka do?

heres my idea tell me what you think.

if its say 10% cbd material. im guessing the oil is in the 70-90 percent range ball park? doesnt matter that much for the rough process.
if thats true and i want to give 5 milligram per 1/4 teaspoon dosing intervals. its ok if it turns twice as or half as potent.
im coming up with 14 grams multiplied by cbd percentage. 80% x 14 gram =11200 milligrams.
11200 / 5 milligrams =2240 5 milligram doses.
2240 doses of 5 mils dissolved into a coconut oil at rate of 5 milligrams per 1.25 millimeters
2240 x 1.25 milliliters=2800 milliliters of carrier oil.
heat to 250 add cbd. simmer with a thermometer for a certain amount of time. take off heat and cool.
take to lab reassess math according to results for accurate dosing down to the milliliter.
its just a rough shot aiming calculation.
does that sound like it would work and be a worthy use of the oil?

Not sure what your family member has...chocolate can really irritate stomach/testiness. Better to go for a more neutral substance.

I jjst made a cbd tincture for a patient who got 4 wisdom teeth removed. my cbd flowers were 8:8 (or so was told were those numbers). I used 3g of cbd shatter to 36ml of coconut oil. decarbd the shatter in a sealed /foil covered shot glass in a metal bowl at 283* for 8 mins. then added the 36ml of coconut oil in a triple boiler (pot of h2o, then metal bowl of h2o with water in it, then placed shot glass of coconut oil and shatter, and let cook at 140-150* for 45 mins. then let cool. he went thru it ALL in 2.5 days and did NOT take a single Norco for pain. but when the tincture was gone, he took norcos.

his dosing was 2ml, and he was dosing about every 3 hrs
