Hi from Oklahoma! Thought I would start a log here. Looking forward to interacting with like minded folks; nobody in my circle is into all the pedigree and history as much as I am, so why not put it here and broaden the circle?

I strongly prefer older genetics. I grow in soil and keep it clean and simple. I’ve grown a decent variety of strains, all from seed, no outside clones. Made a lot of seeds when I had the opportunity a few years ago, and now slowly looking through some, while still trying some new things as space/time allows.

Gonna call it a night here. I’ll put some eye candy up tomorrow. Here’s a few to start:

Seeded CBD Warlock looks great! Have you tried the flower or is this your first run with it? And who's the daddy?

Yeah I found this pheno from 3 seeds in mid 2020. She tested 11.5% CBD, 9.7% THC and has a very unique and strong smell, holds it oily resin a long time in the jar. Beautiful plant, serious medicine.

I’ve got the CBD Warlock (from Serious Seeds) crossed to the following:

Booty from Bodhi: (80s black Afghani x BubbaD) x 88G13HP. I used each individual male from the pack, some taller, some shorter. Also did some “batch” chucking: shorter males, taller males, all the males. Had 2 basically identical spectacular resin males no.5 and no.6 which faded black later in flower. Also no.1 male that stacked similar to 5/6, but didn’t seem to fade like the 5/6 ones, though it could’ve been slightly warmer conditions when the no.1 flowered. Really cool pack of seeds.

AKBB NL1 x ACC NL1 from AKBB/Heime Cheeba. Studly plants, very piney, cedar, berry smells. I grew a female from this chuck last year outside and it is even more serious medicine to the heavy side as you’d expect. The flower smells like a hamster cage: overwhelming cedar/pine shavings aroma. Huge flowers.

Hunza Valley91 from Lucky Dog. PuckHP x Chemdog91 bx3. The females from this pack made some of the best flower I’ve had.

Sensi Star x Roadkill Skunk from AKBB/Heime Cheeba. Really nice flower from the females. Very smelly, definitely has a funk, but not much skunkiness. Really want to see how CBD Warlock x SSRKS would turn out. Maybe next season.

TKNL5Haze, Haze dominant F2 male. From AKBB. Viney lanky as expected. Grew some crossed to a White Fire 43 x Triangle Kush no1 female last season and it’s seriously potent to the head.

That’s pretty much all the males I’ve used for breeding projects so far. And, basically all my seed runs were various combinations of the females:males from these lines.

• I grew a few inside previously and they hermed bad , chopped all very early. Maybe the sunshine will make them happier. They had fantastic lemony stem rubs.

  • Numbing, happy, relaxed and mellow.
• Hunza Valley91 from Lucky Dog/SkunkVA
  • Skelly “Puck” Hashplant x Chemdog91 bx3.
  • Funky onion mustard burger, Chem, tennis ball, grandpas musky cologne, scorched earth aroma.
  • Feel-good, giggly, music-enhancing, relaxed but uplifted.

(Sensi Star x Roadkill Skunk) no6 x Hunza Valley 91

• SSxRKS from AK Bean Brains, Heime Cheeba.
  • Happy, vigorous grower, strong stems, no floppy flowers.
  • Oily sticky resin.
  • Unique, complex aroma: overripe/artificial banana, mango, pineapple, with some spicy, sulfur, metal notes. The skunk isn’t obvious, but there’s some good funk in there.
  • Very heady, trippy potent liftoff, but levels out to a nice long high altitude cruise, carefree, happy, sunglasses on (reds the eyes something fierce ). Love it.

The SLH/A5Thai were lagging behind everything else, so I cracked into another similar chuck I made: (Sunrise Thai x Chocolope) x TKNL5Haze, Haze dominant F2. Both from AKBB. Good germination on everything so far.

And of course once I pop the replacements, the SLH seems like they’re gonna pull through .

Gonna see how stuff does in the new greenhouse. I’ve grown several hundred plants inside with LEDs, but am really trying to use the sun as much as possible now.

I didn’t get a ton of pics of the Sunrise Thai x Chocolope, but the puff-ball went 14 weeks on 11:13. The other bud is from a Chocolope leaner that matured a few weeks faster and had more of a tart citrus to it. I bred it to a TKNL5Haze Haze dominant F2 male among others. Quite potent up trippy high, but mellow and feel-good. Too much can be, well, too much . It’s knocked me out on the couch before harder than my heavy hitting Indica dominant varieties.. but in moderate amounts it’s a great daytime functional smoke. High/no ceiling. Gives a bit of that “on top of a skyscraper” butterflies feeling, and really not much crash if any. I generally find it to be very appetite suppressing.

The Sunrise Thai comes from Monkey Puzzle Genetics, Steve, in Cambodia.

The Sunrise Thai x Chocolope all smelled pretty similar: spicy sandalwood incense, mango, guava, cantaloupe, very present hints of cocoa, very tasty exotic woody fruit aromas.

Thanks! 99% of my growing/chucking has been inside until last season I grew some outside. The SS x RKS and CBD Warlock x NL1 were outside, the rest were from the solo commercial grow I had going for a couple years.
