First time - I got caught by leo smoking weed...

$65 ticket, not charged w/ weed. "Engaging in prohibited activity", same as they give skaters.

And they took my only (broken) pipe, my stash box (tupperware), and about a gram of dust and broken nug.

Dammit...

I had just taken a hit - next thing I know 2 uniforms were on me (bike leos).

summbitch, I'd needed a sleasy no good lawyer and his no good cousin a bail-bondsmen in my state. the only thing that woulda been $65 is 3 nights in jail which they would charge you for.

I was stopped late one night for an improper lane change. I had just gotten off work and was taking a shortcut to the expressway thru a seedy part of town. My car had dark tinted windows, and when I rolled down the drivers window, a psycho bitch cop was pointing a 9 mm at my head. I was like "Whoa, WTF?"

I was handcuffed and stuffed in the back of a cop car while half a dozen cop cars had me surrounded and a K9 unit gave my car a good 20 minute search. They found a film cannister with one lone seed and a piece of stem I had forgotten was even in the car. I was charged with "possible marijuana" and given a notice to appear in court.

The judge laughed at the charge, but still put me on probation pending a drug screen and I was forced to attend a drug counseling class and speak to a separate counselor to determine if I needed rehabilitation.

I passed the piss test, and the judge with held adjudication, but I still ended up paying court cost, a fine, $50 probation fee while I awaited my piss test to be scheduled as well as lost time from work for counseling, court and the probation visit.

Florida is one fucked up draconian authoritarian paradise.

Ya its generally not advised to smoke in public anywhere. Sucks because you end up not meeting people that you might have had common bond with but otherwise you end up dealing with the man

never been caught. been approached rapidly a few times causeing me to take a last hit and eating a j. cases were dropped. i dont miss florida much. i smoke weed in public here as much as i smoke ciggies. people here actually get more offended if you smoke ciggies. yes san diego has no smoking areas parks ,beaches ect.

By the way it is possible in a Mazda GLC but not while driving, seats go all the way down!!!!
