Carbonaire

Room is 9x10x7.5...
I just bought a carbonaire 8"x42".. max cfm 850 carbon filter...
Fan is a Hurricane 8" inline... 745 cfm...
Do i need to buy a speed controller.... prefilter? ( has a pre filter)...sorry
I had a can33 filter.. but expanded my room.... this thing is twice the size.... and heavy as fuck... i should be set for yrs. to come with this thing...

only if the cfm of the fan exceeds the cfm rating of the filter do you need a speed controller.
