Carbon Filter

Z

Ziggaro

Def get one. It's 100 bucks for a can 33 which should be plenty. I usually have 5-6 and it smells within a 20 foot radius of my house without one.

small investments like this end up saving you in the long run my friend. I didn't get a filter for my first medium sized grow indoors, and I ended up getting robbed due to the smell.

Everyones right and id suggest get a bigger one than what your fan is rated for so u get maximum contact on the carbon. And less of a chance of just pushing air right through it. Gooodluck :good:

ideal filter setup=

pulling air from inside your grow space... filter>hood>fan>exhaust out
intake air being passively pulled through the bottom of your grow space.

or if you arent cooling your light.. filter>fan>exhaust out.

by pulling from your grow space, this will give you a negative pressure.

having this negative pressure will help ensure all that stink will be drawn through that filter.
