carbon filter?

how do you guys know what kind & how big a carbon filter you need for your grow room?
is there difference between a carbon filter & a air scrubber or carbon scrubber i forgot whats it called?

they are just different terms for the same thing, like a subway sandwich to a grinder or a hoagie. As far as size is concerned you need to figure out what size lamp your going to use, and then how you will vent. This will determine the size needed. The bigger your plant/plants get, the bigger the scrubber will need to be. hope this helped.
