Noticed the power rating on the bottom of my volcano is 120 watts-
low enough not only for an inexpensive cigarette-lighter DC-AC inverter,
but also won't pop most car fuses.
Rule of thumb is the inverter should be able to handle double the Peak req. of your device,
and car accessory fuses usually pop in the 300-500 "watt" range.
Check you table-top unit's power req. It may actually be more portable than you think.
