CAP ppm 3 solutions?

has anyone come up with any real solutions to the issue with the ppm 3 not shutting off the burner at the setpoint? I have a digital window ac unit, but no digital ballasts, and am experiencing that problem. I tried putting the timer on the controller to reset it, but the burner turns on when the controller is off (electric pilot). curious about whether the a/c would be a possible interference?

I have my burner on the same timer as my lights.

I've never had a problem with my PPM3 not shutting off the burner at the set point. But on two separate occasions the display has read '9999', so the burner was not running when it should have been. Both times I unplugged it and it reset. The CO2 level was about 1000 and the burner kicked on immediately both times.

I'm going to install a timed receptacle for the controller, just like I did with the burner.

I also use a digital window AC unit, but I don't think it is the problem. The PPM3 worked perfect the first 2 months I used it. It has only been in the last month that the display read '9999'.

I have a PPM3 that has a flashing light on it.

I worry about it every time I see it. I have no idea what it means. I am not using the PPM-3 to control any equipment so I don't know if the relay is triggering or not.

I am interested if you have noticed the flashing light also? I can not see it if there is any light on but in the dark it shows it's self in the upper right corner. Yellow-amber. It flashes about once per second +/-, it took 6 shots to get in rhythm with it.

red reign- how far is your a/c from your ppm3? you have a sealed room right?
pandemic- dont worry they all do that.

GF, yeah, my room is sealed. The A/C is about 6-7 feet from the PPM3.

Pandemic, my PPM3 flashes all the time too.
