Cap mlc light controller .. please help!

I know this is the infirmary but its also where people help people and it gets a lot more foot traffic than grow room design.

So i have 10-3 wire. I am ready to put the wires where they go but want to make sure I am doing it right. I unscrewed the ground lug and want to put the ground wire in. Am i just supposed to place the gold wire over the hole, then start tightening the screw back in???

Or do i wrap the wire around the screw, then screw it in

Or do i put the wire behind the little rectangle thing .. that seems right
