Ever hear a song, and it sticks with you all day...? No matter what you do...it keeps coming back...? Assaulting you senses, and frustratingly impossible to shake?

This is the thread to share that pain. Whether it's an advertising jingle, a pop music song or a nursery rhyme...I wanna hear it. Doesn't have to be annoying, or childish, or stupid...but that doesn't hurt, either.

Ever hear a song, and it sticks with you all day...?

Most of Bob Marley's songs sound very catchy to me. When I was in my teens catchy songs that got stuck stubbornly in my head drove me nuts sometimes. Then, years later, I learned some yogic mind techniques that quickly fix this problem. Basically, it comes down to mindfulness.

I was in high school in the mid to late 90's and heard catchy pop songs all the damn time on the way to school or whenever...one of the songs that would get stuck in my head was a song that wasn't played on the radio.

It was a song by Beck called "Devils Haircut". Holy crap, that song would be in my head during gym class while the group was running.."Got a devils haircut in my mind" over and over and over until class ended.

I was busted (got written-up) for whistling "Here Comes Peter Cottontail" at work in a fast food joint. My fault. They told me for a week to stop. Was the middle of Christmas season. My boss just didn't understand...
