Over feed most likely
In composts, I feed nothing until they ask. At which time, I pot up. There is no way that little plant has exhausted the compost. Don't push so hard.

I looks like either magnesium/calcium def/lockout in the early stages.

The solution is to:

1. Repot into a larger pot.
2. Feed 0.1 EC of epsom salt (MgSO4) and 0.4 EC of high P/K late flowering nutrients (Plagron's Green Sensation, Canna P/K 13-14, Atami B'Cuzz Bloombastic, etc.)

Because of the low concentration and one time application (at transplanting), you can use mineral nutrients in an otherwise organic grow. I've done that in many plants, without detriment to the organic life.

Also, you might want to add a tablespoon of magnesium lime to the All-Mix - it couldn't hurt, and it will reduce magnesium deficiencies, while also providing calcium and keeping the pH a little higher/more stable.
