Can't figure out what's wrong with her..

60/40 coco perlite. 6.0 pH. Don't have my ppm meter yet. Using tap water, micro, and bloom (6/9 modified Lucas formula). In my most recent feeding I used half strength nutes with spring water in an attempt to lower EC, but the discoloring (red/purple?) Of the leaves have progressed. Help?

thing looks ruff man, i say get some good soil and start over , where are your other plants? have you grown before? why did ya choose a semi hydro style without all the propper gear? soil grows for people without all the gadjets is what i say, poke finger in dirt, drop seed, water, put light on timer , wait , boom , anyway good luck man , grow with love !
