Canola oil??

what can i use it on,can i jsut use it to make a single pancake??is that how it works?do you eat it straighth from a spoon??

I use Canola oil for it's high smoke point. In other words, I use it when I cook stuff that requires high heat. If I'm going to take oil straight (for health reasons), I'll generally do Fish Oil or Olive Oil.

I think a kit might be the easiest. Get a brownie or muffin kit at the grocery store, look for recipes that call for 1/2 cup oil per batch for stronger than kits that call for 1/4 cup of oil, based on the same number of servings. And when you bake them keep the oven temps under 300 degrees so your not vaporizing yoür medicine.....scrappy

without baking?..like just use it to fry something?..can i just put it on bread and eat it,does it have to get reheated for it to be effective?

sunflower seed oil....YUM
p-nut oil can take HIGH heat
maybe grapeseed oil...g00d stuff

phuck ~IT....use butter it's better....fat is flavor...
then driZZle w/ wht.truffle oil.....bombdiggity
