Cannamilk first try

Heres what ive tried boys n girls

.75 cup of half n half
.75 cup 2 percent milk (didnt have whole milk)
small spoon of vanila extract (had alcohol within)
1 cup of water
raw cacao powder
one reishi mushroom capsule

slight slight bubble type of simmer for about 2 hours maybe a little more, i did set it on low n after the casien n whey got a little to hot i got some curd which trapped the heat n brought it to a boil but i caught it in minutes

i used 8 grams of bud and a gram of stems decarbed to the point were it gave of its wonderful odor that smells kind of like a thai erbal sauna n crumbled to a fine powder. I just drank it and ill post back soon.

seems some folks make canna milk in 20 minutes, ill also be playing with mirco wave concontions this week, i want to develope a single serving cannamilk/cream for my moring coffee that gets me high for about 6 hours and only takes about 20 or less to make., having to smoke smoke smoke gets old folks does it not.

I am so glad anytime I see it mentioned, any mention brings it to the attention of those who have not yet heard of it and might really benefit from CannaMilk's extraordinary pain relief!!

I love the idea of adding vanilla extract! :tiphat: That's something I hadn't thought to try yet, I've always used chocolate...though the taste is something I did kinda get used to, after a day or two of taking it several times a day; my body knew it was medicine and I almost welcomed the taste knowing it would bring relief!

* Just a spoon full of vanilla helps the medicine go down...in the most delightful way! * :biglaugh:


A couple things to consider:
It is often advised in recipes involving heat, that you add the vanilla extract last, just after removing it from heat, then giving the mixture one last stir to combine the ingredients...I noticed when making vanilla pudding and accidentally adding the vanilla while it was still on the stove, that it bubbled up over flowing the pot, making a mess and wrecking the pudding...Which of course didn't happen when I followed the instructions and added the vanilla after removing the pot from the stove...Just something you may want to take into account when experimenting!

Also, as you noted, using whole milk is always preferable, but don't be afraid to try some 'heavy cream'! ;)
The high fat content will take it to another level where potency is concerned! I'd try something like 3 parts whole milk to: 1 part heavy cream maybe?


Really looking forward to hearing more about your on going experiments with CannaMilk concoctions!

it worked nicely, and it seemed to kickin in about 30 minutes as opossed to my coconut oil butter that took near 3 hours most times i consumed it before i felt effect, im luving the canna milk thus far. i also tonite did the nuke version with two grams in about a half a cup of half n half, What i did was put the decarbed bud in the creamer, nuked it for about 2 minutes total but kept turning it of when it bubbled n restarting it, ill let u know how it goes...............

Not sure if I'm understanding correctly, but are you using 8 grams of bud to make a single serving of cannamilk? Even 2 grams for a single serving seems way excessive. Either your tolerance is off the charts or efficiency isn't an issue.
 
dark= i consumed it in about 6 times maybe 7, im still learning though, maybe i was inefficient, time will tell as i improve my methods, i used it like creamer.


the nuke version was no good.

When I make my batches, I usually use a pint of whole milk with 2 grams of bud or 7-10 grams of leaf. Male plants work well for this too. Depending on the strength of the bud or leaf used, one shot glass (1.5 oz) gets me decently high for a few hours. Some batches come out stronger than others.

Adding additional ingredients for flavor is fun, but not necessary for potency. I usually just simmer the plant material in 16 ounces of whole milk for an hour or so, strain, and enjoy. It tastes great on its own. It's also good to add to a drink like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Guinness, etc.

I used to make larger batches, then make ice cubes with the end product. This allows for longer term storage. One cannamilk ice cube added to a cup of coffee is a fun way to start the day.

I make canna milk like this (1-4 servings): First I decarb at 180C for about 6min, then I boil the weed (about the amount used in a big joint) for 20 min in water after which I add whole milk about 200ml and let the mixture boil another 20 min after which I put everything in a thermos and let it draw for 1-2 hours, then strain and add cocoa (instant) and then experiment with the dose. First time I drank the whole batch and it put me flat on my ass for 4 hours so be careful. It hits about 30-45 min after ingestion. Great stuff.

I make up a quart or two at a time, pour it into small cups, freeze and bag, and I am good for a month. Read all the threads here. I do four or five pressings to make a series of different strength doses, so I get the high I want. Fun hobby, hehe.

i used whipping cream and half and half with some water, made a big batch. enough to make 4 large hot cocoas(melted hershey bar and marshmallows in it!) a sprinkle of cinnamon/vanilla extract. also after the cooking process, more for looks/additional flavor. and then i had enough to use 1/2 cup in a recipe for crepes! came out delicious along with some butter that was needed in the recipe ;)

The only problem with this is that the product is pretty rich so if you´re counting calories this is a no-no.

That depends on how potent you make it. 1.5 ounces of whole milk doesn't contain a lot of calories at all. My batches are usually strong enough that a shot glass is all it takes.

I have made cannamilk a bunch and agree that you should only need to take one shot glass full to get the full needed effect. I am a cannamilk pusher. lol Many people do not like the flavor but that can be adjusted as well.
