cannabutter/brownies

Pardon me for being dumb but I've never cooked with cannabis before. I'm going to use an ounce of Reggie's to a pound of butter. This seems pretty standard from the things I've seen around. But I've also seen dosage should be around a gram per brownie. The problem is most recipes I've seen call for 2 tbsp of butter. This only breaks down to 3.5 grams for a whole batch of brownie mix, nowhere near a gram per brownie. What am I missing? Am I making this too difficult?

Do some reading here, and follow one of the Tek's posted.

I use a crock pot on low with water method....slow cook for 7-8 hours ..then wash my butter or coconut oil multiple times to clean it up.

I use 4oz of larf/popcorn to 500ml of coconut oil, or 1lb of butter.

Most recipies call for 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter...Cookies, brownies, etc... Remember on the recipe that if it calls for cooking oil that is what you replace also....

A friend who makes it with 1oz to 1lb of butter's cookies are fine for amateurs.
