Cannabis drinks from packets at the club

I've started hearing about some drinks you can get at the clubs that are powder/crystal based that you can mix with water/milk, etc. The water doesn't have to be warm...altho it helps dissolve the crystals.

You can't really taste any cannabis and they are supposedly pretty potent.

Does anyone know how these are made? I haven't heard of packets of easily dissolvable, flavorless cannabis crystals.

Apparently it's tea powder with activated hash.

Anyone know how to make edible activated hash?
