I run both in my main flower cabinet inside the house - totally odor free. The seconf flower room is carbon only very effective but I really know when it is time to replace the carbon.

i'm thinking now, 1 vaportek 4000 in box, 1 air purifier in basement. a carbon scrubber fan for exhaust and a couple plug in air fresheners.

You can't have enough odor control. Redundancy Redundancy Redundancy! Really failure of odor control leads to major problems

Grobox>Can fan muffler> 250lx canfan centrifugal fan> silenced 2 foot mountain air carbon filter> insulated duct going outside of the room growbox is housed. Is a good setup for 1 to 4x 600wt lights without any trace of odor

i was looking quick at canfan mufflers but don't see them available under 8". i'll be going 4, maybe 6". more like 4".
i'm pretty decided now on using for odor control:
1 vaportek 4000 IN box along w/ a 4" canfan carbon scrubber. also a vaportronic plug in air purifier in basement, a couple plug in air fresheners.
for main exhaust, I CANNOT DECIDE...need a quiet 1...looking into either a 4" 172cfm vortex, a 4" canfan, or a panasonic whisperline. the panasonic is an inline exhaust fan meant for houses (bathrooms, etc.), around 120cfm, but only comes 6" and is pricey, about $150, and will need to have a plug installed i think. very quiet though. sound rated not even in db but sones, at like 2 or 5 sones, don't remember, but that sounds quiet, BUT it's meant for bathrooms, etc....
ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE QUIETEST 4 OR 6" EXHAUST FAN WOULD BE...? i change my mind each day, but i think for odor control, i have that covered along w/ lighting and box.
