Candy Kush/ not cotton candy Kush(unrelated)

Anyone heard of this new Kush strain.
My buddy got it from the same person he got his Pure Kush from(same with suge)
Suge has been bugging him for a cut ,but my buddy is smart enough to know when to hold onto something. A few other breeders have been bugging him for a cut of it too.
But he only gave it to me!
I'm so flattered. Well, I did trade him all my best clones.
But still he could have traded the other breeders for it if that was the case.
They are small clones right now.
BUt I'll post pic's when they are flowering.

You sure it isnt the Cotton Candy Kush? Good smell and flavor but potency was muh.

I believe there is a candy kush put out by orgnikid but Im not 100%...

It's not cotton candy Kush.
Infact my buddy who gave it to me said everyone will think it's Cotton candy Kush just cause the name.
He got it from the same dude he got his Pure Kush clone from.
He knows Suge kind of too. And Suge has been begging him for this candy Kush.
You guys will see when I post pic's.
Suposedly the same breeder of pure Kush bred candy Kush!

It's still real small but it looks good.
It's got the real big kush blades.

yeah Candy Kush is a completely different strain from cotton candy kush. I've been able to get ahold of it on a pretty regular basis through a friend for about 3 or 4 years (im on the edge of the east SGV/IE by the way). the candy is waaay pricey though. I usually only get it if its under 550 a zip...it routinely sells for 650. super dank strong sweet fuelly/kush flavor and very stoney. its right up there with og or pure kush in potency.
No luck getting a cutting yet, but i think ive finally got the goods for a nice trade...

Here are some shots in flower guys.
It's beenharvested a bit early because being that it's new strain and I grow several different strains at once.
I over fed it a bit and made it herm pretty bad,so I pulled her at 58 days.
Normally I would have let it go another week or 2.
But here she id before I fucked her up.
It's alright I got a big Bush of candy Kush about to go into flower soon.
This first one isn't bad, I njust got tired of pulling off the nanners so I harvested it because it seemed done enough compared to pulling nanners every night.This plant herms bad if you make it.
I miss read over feeding as under feeding and really ODed the plant.
BUt it's OK, next time will be much better.
It still smells like snow cap /fuelish Kush.

hey man, it's hard to match a new strain spot on with nute requirements. i'd say you did a pretty good job for the first run! can;'t wait to see the kush bush go into flower!

So if I understand correctly, she's maybe a light to medium feeder?

More like medium feeder.
She can take some hits.
But not like Bubba or something like that.
Actual the soil mix was doing fine until I noticed that yellowing.
I thought it needed N but it really needed Calmag.
So I over fed it and it hermed bad.
You know all under the buds like kush does.
Then it shot out bananas for prettty much the rest of her life because she was in a soil mix so every watering was a feeding as well.
So this batch won't be the best.
But now I got this strain peged and next Candy Kush bush will be fine.

And yes, it is one of those real hairy strains.
