Can you I'D this ugly worm that's in my trays? I hope these guys arent horrible

So I have yet another bug that I hope you guys can identify for me. I only see these in flower and they are in 2 out of 6 8x4 trays. I grow in coco, smartpots, ebb flow tables feeding 1-2 times a day for 15min each feed. Temps are 84f in day and 70 at night. Humidity is 50-60%. I've been dealing with root aphids and gnats ffor a few months but I've not seen any for weeks. These little worms are white/cream in color and maybe a mm. They are very small, maybe half the size and width of an eyelash. I have only seen them alive in tiny puddles of water left behind after the tables flood and I've seen them in the top couple inches of coco in the smartpots. They die if they are not in moisture. I've seen them under a microscope and they are semi transparent and it looks like you can see dark spots inside the worm which could be food they have eaten or organs but I'd say it's probably food. There are hundreds of them and who knows how many are under the soil since I can't get to them. The plants are doing ok, they seem to have weaker stems, haven't stretched as much as normal in flower, lower leaves yellowing but only 1 of the 6 plants in the tray looks unhappy. The others looks 90% fine. They are 3 weeks in flower. I have had gnats and root aphids in the past 3 weeks, I have open threads with pics of the aphids, gnats, and some predator mites that I've found that I still have but I haven't seen those in these pots yet. I'd say these are probably a larva. I know the pic isn't that great but I have a usb scopr on the way. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks as always

they look like lint in the pic.. and I have never seen that before but I'd put a filter ???cheesecloth on the F&D holes to see if they are going on in the rez (locate the source). Then draining the rez, treat/clean rez, replace F&D hoses. Can you dip a pot in a bowl or bucket of tap to see if any migrate out of the pot? without knowing the source and cause, yer fuked, they'll be back..

you should also letus know more about light, air, temps.. like that.. and those better pics too..
EDIT: if they are that small, maybe I've had them before and didn't notice..

can't see them well enough to ID but that body type is not a good sign but last time I had something similar it ended up being larva stage of some sort of gnat

No black head they are white when viewed with the naked eye and kinda clear and transparent when viewed with a microscope. They are very small and defiantly alive. They move and kinda whip their tails. They are less then a millimeter long. I use co2, have 100 gallon rez under each tray. I use full line of cutting edge solutions nutes, and run 2 double ended 1k hps his over each tray. I also use h2o2 in the rez at 10 ml per gallon every week. I have recently drenched with azatrol, evergreen 5% prymethium, gonats, botiguard in rotaion kist before I but then in flower. I have seen only a couple nats if and the past few weeks. Here is a pic of the worms not as zoomed in. I'll also cheese cloth the flood drains. I see them in the top layer of the soil so I think the mom is laying eggs in the soil and any tiny left over water that doesnt flow back in the drains. More then anything I want to find out if these things are going to kill the plants. Thanks agains

No, they won't kill your plants, but get some sticky bug tape
and do some clean up around the grow area.

In my humble opinion, if you get gnats, you may have a
mainline to other pests.

If you have house plants, keep them clean. If you have a
garden outside of any type, think of a strategy for decontamination
before entering your cannabis grow area.

Think of gnats as a gateway pest.
