Can you decarb Morrocan Hash?

Greetings all, the only type of hash I can get is medium grade Moroccan Hash where I live. I was wondering about decarbing it, too make it stronger, and what are the best ways, plus is the strength much stronger after the decarb??
Any info will be much appreciated..

I think I've had the same stuff. It did nothing smoking it by itself. It burned and smoked well putting it on some bud. Brought it to another level.
