If its only a misdemeanor amount in a decriminalized state.

I had a friend caught carrying clones and they got a warrant to search his home....

and if they do find where i rest my head at night...theres nothing there anyway
i can see them getting a warrant for the clones, but for an oz? seems far fetched that they can make that connection
Kiefer Suthrlnd said:It makes sense to me...It happened to the kid i go to, he had about 2 ozs while out driving around. They went right to his house and he consented to a search.
I know they can lie but they told them they had a municipal judge waiting to sign a warrant if he said no.
Sky-King said:The warrant must be specific about what they are looking for and where they search for it.
The ONLY reason they can go in before a warrant is if they follow you in fleeing them or if they believe and can prove they think someone was inside your house destroying evidence
NEVER under ANY circumstances give away your 4th amendment rights by giving permission to search.
Say nothing and demand a warrant
They can also go in as soon as the warrant has been signed. It doesn't have to be on premises.....
Here's a question slightly off topic...
Is it illegal to have a growroom that may smell like weed with no plant material what so ever?
...
thanks.
