Can the plant be grown using an LED tube grow light for seedling cultivation?

Using to grow seedlings?
Im not sure what wattage etc your tube light is but I have installed these lights in some ship compartments before and they were surprisingly very bright.
I think you will be ok to use with seedlings. Might stretch a bit so keep the light close.
It would be easier to advice if you threw up a link or some dets on what leds.
