Basically i need to add a 45a & 30A breaker, there are four empty slots at the bottom, can i just plug-n-play?

also the 30A dryer breaker can be repurposed as i just bought a gas dryer.

Is it okay to add more breakers than there are amps on the panel? i understand that all the electrical parts of the house won't be running at once. such as electric heater and a/c.
Thanks

Sorry to be a nit pick but I hope those numbers on your meter aren't traceable or a threat to you . Js

Thanks, i looked it over pretty well, and checked the neighbors meter, his have the same numbers so it must be generic, anyway you can't be too safe. thanks for the heads up.

As a general rule you never want to exceed 80% of your total amps. So if you have 100 amp panel you dont wanel pull more than 80 amps at any one time. Technically you could have 150 amps worth of breakers as long as the load from all of them never exceeds 80% of your total service amps, tho this is not good practice at all.
You need to figure out when an what will be on an add up your amps.
Its not as easy as just havin the room for breakers.
If you have the room for the breakers AND you wont exceed 80%draw then your all gravy.
