Reason why no one knows is, you have not provided enough information about your grow dude, can you fill these out please?

We need to knwo the pH run off and the dosage you are using and how often?
The plants do look like they are getting burned though......

SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on?
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each with how much water? How Often? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's?

That questionaire kills me everytime...

It's really like going to a real deal infirmary lol

I doubt that nutrient burn is happening with your plants...I have run PBP bloom at full strength every water for an entire grow without burning, it's weak shit. My guess would be that if it is a nutritional issue that is causing the issues it is a result of a pH problem in your media or the media itself.

The other thing with PBP is that it is a simple one part mix...there is no way to screw it up...it's newbie proof. Over and under dosing hasn't caused any issues in my experience with the line.

From your above answers...I would say that your problem is a result of too big of plants under too small a light...possibly couple with media/pH problems. Are you seeing this throughout the foliage of your plant or is this issue isolated to the lower leaves?

its mainly been isolated to the lower leaves... Transplanting will be happening within the week into 5 gal buckets using all fresh mix. To be bluntly honest, i didn't wash or bleach the planters before i transplanted the plants into them. i know.... i deserve the :bashhead:

is there a rule that i can't post pics with my post with my low post count?

don't know about the post count zong...sorry.

I can tell you that (6) four foot tall plants in five gallon pots is way too much for your 400 watter.

The ideal situation would be to have your 6 plants finishing up at around 3' tall in 2-3 gallon containers. That would mean you would need to flip your plants around 18" tall or smaller. Keeping the right number of plants and size plants for your given space and light source is key. There is no reason you should need 5 gallon containers for anything under a 400.

do you have access to a high quality planting mix like the foxfarm soils or black gold or any of the other premium media's? They are more expensive...but can save you alot of potential trouble along the way. If you were in Ocean Forrest soil for example, we could definitively rule out the media as the cause for your troubles.

actually I've got 4 400 watt HPS Eye Hortilux... 2 will be mothers and each plant will have a light to herself. im pretty confident in this media because i've used it before with no problems what so ever... but it did sit in my storage tub for a couple years, before using it now. god i wish i had a better camera... this 2MP, isn't cutting it.
