can i get seeds from pre flowers?

pretty much what the title says. before a plant flowers it will show you what sex it is. if its a girl she will flash her tits at you. my question is can i pollinate these pre flowers? if so will it have any effect on the plant when it flowers?

I've had that happen, start sexing some plants indoors, a little pollen gets released before i catch it, after I've started reveging the females I'll notice that a few individual bracts left from preflower now contain a seed! Bonus!
