sounds great....you will be getting clones right after it turns and you give it plenty of space for the roots to dig in for the buds during flowering...keep the updates coming

Doesnt sound great to me,I never pull cuttings after 12/12 has started you end up with mutated clones normally. Its more work but you're a lot better off labeling your plants and pulling your cuttings during the veg cycle, then when you go 12/12 discard male seedplants and cuttings.I've done it both ways and if you plan on keeping a pheno viable for any length of time, you better pull all your cuttings in veg starting with the original seedplant.I've been taking clones of clones from a blockhead pheno for over 2 years now, only because I did all my cuttings in the veg stage.Had I flowered any plants and taken cuttings I would not be growing blockhead today for sure

I've done this dozens of times with no problems. Just be sure to give them an extra weeki of flower or so to adjust to the pot upgrade. I've also taken cuts off plants up to 3 weeks into flower with no ill effects. The simply veg right out of the flowers. Give them a few weeks good veg time and you are good to go. No loss of vigor, potency, anything. I have done this with LifeSaver and they turn out like this:

Not bad for a gallon pot!

You can even let it finish up and then reveg after harvest if you wanted to, but it takes ages to reveg. You are better taking them in the veg stage, but no stage is too late. Appart from after they have died of course.

You can do it if you want but Skeletor is right.. If you don't return the plant back to 24 after sexing, but before taking cuts you CAN get mutes and clones that are in a revegging state thus take longer to root and grow or they could be perfect depends on the strain. But to be safe...

I would take 2 or 3 clones off all plants while in 24 label them. then switch to 12/12 sex them and keep the girls (turning 1 of each to a mom) till I know which pheno I'm keeping if any..

Hey maybe i can offer some of my experiences w/ perpetual growing...

I like to flower my clones in 1 gal pots, single cola style...and use the lower branches for the next round. I usually let them go a week or so into flowering before I cut them and never have had any mutants or problems...the lower branches are usually slower to develop pistils than the tops, but skeletor makes a good point that you want to take clones before they start to flower bc you'll have to deal with extra veg time and weird growth when they reveg... reveg plants make fore good scrogg, lst style plants though...so if thats what your looking for you can take them 2wks+ in 12/12

It depends on your space, how quickly your plants finish etc...figure that all out and time your cloning accordingly

I was really talking about keeping a pheno going for a good length of time, whenever I used to take cuttings after 12/12 eventually I ended up with pistilly clones in veg and single and 3 bladed leaves, some pheno's were a lot worse than others when it came to this.I figured the sure way to avoid this would be to take all cuttings before switching to 12/12 starting with the original seedplant.Over 2 years down the road and my cuttings are still good "veg" cuttings if you know what I mean, free of pistils and funky leaves. Some pheno's may not even exhibit this trait but I've sure noticed a difference between "veg" cuttings and cuts full of pistils when you take them.

I understand what youre saying - try this... 24 hours light under a high intensity light source. Works like a charm for revegging bloomed plants.
