i never thought twice about this, as i know people who have gotten customs slips. however my recent seedbay order, was shipped sept 17th, they have not gotten it back, they have checked that they shipped to the correct adress and i have not gotten shit! so either the seeds are lost in the mail ( i personnaly have never lost mail and why now?) they never sent anything, or the feds have my seeds and are planning some sort of action (this i also doubt) but find it werd that i got nothing. maybe they are keeping them and trying to track them back to shipper? i would never think this in the previous cities and towns i have lived in, but my current location is full of fed terroism dollars so who knows what they could do. i am not afraid because i can't be conected to the place i shipped to and if they go there they will find nota, but something is weird.

If your 'seed shipment' is closer to 10 seeds than 1000, I wouldn't worry too much. At least that's what I'm hoping, since I got that dreaded 'green tape' package recently.
I wouldn't order to the same address again, though. It's just too easy for them to flag that address and then inspect most or all future shipments to that address.

I've never heard of anyone being charged because of this and I don't really see how it could be possible unless they knew for sure that you actually ordered those seeds. Otherwise I could just send through orders for people I don't like hoping that they get found and charged.

ya thats a point and its unfair to get chraged with something sent to anonymously ,
My green taped letter came with a note with a seal on the letter for the department of homeland security it didn't say customs. There were two paragraphs, one for marry j, hash, and the other was for steroids, prescription drugs, u know the more dangerous stuff. Seeds aren't MJ, but it said i will recieve no more correspondance from them. It was for 10 seeds. I wonder if I should stop my little grow

My seeds were shipped out nov. 16th, still haven't arrived. I'm in the u.s. It usually takes 2 weeks to get back.
But i will say, earlier this yr. i ordered seeds & it took almost 2 months for the bay to get my money order... so,, i'm hoping the seeds i am looking for are lost in the mail.. & hoping the ones i just ordered get here safely { cause i'm not made of money }
