Can filter 33 should do you. It's bigger than you think. A fan such as vortex, elicent will pull well through it. The smallest vortex inline and the can 33 was plenty for me and I was working with about a 4*5 cab.
If you go to can fan's site http://www.canfilters.com/ they will tell you with what fans each filter works and how much your airflow should be after adding the filter.Take for instance the 6" HO Can Fan...it is rated at 392cfm @ 0" static pressure, and 260cfm @ .75" of static pressure. So,using a 6" HO can fan hooked up to a can33 filter would give you a filtered airflow rating of 219cfm meaning you have added just about or over 1" of static pressure.....now you need to account for your ductwork and how much airflow you need to cool the light, and supply the grow room with fresh cool air.
If using a can fan 6" HO I'd use a can50 filter as the filtered airflow is 300cfm using the 6" HO can fan.
