Sorry, man! I'm not familiar with European ballasts.

I don't mean to insult your intelligence, but the manufacturers website would be a good place to find instructions.

I would guess from the diagram on the front that the line voltages would be landed under the "F" terminals and your neutral would land under the "N" terminal. It is a 230 volt system so you will have two hots, one each under their own "F" terminal. The mogul base for your bulb would land under the other two terminals to the right. It's called a line diagram so you can follow the diagram and figure out the wiring basics. Be careful, electrical is the biggest risk in fire.
