I am very new to this. I have a DWC set up. the leaf on the right I believe has light burn, so I changed to CFL's and right about the time I changed the light the leaf on the left started.. Please help. thanks

i had the same problem wasnt sure why it happend but it did so u stoped using cfls

That is not a light burn

Could be a heat burn, but it looks like your plant either was overfed or has some issues with the roots

I would look at those two things. I seriously doubt it has anything to do with a cfl

Hi Biff,
I'd agree with DrDog...nute burn. The burn is on the tips and the smaller leaf right about the right bottom burnt leaf looks a little crispy at the tip too.

Did you recently up the nutes? They'll recover and it shouldn't advance as long as you're more careful with the nutrients.

Thanks for the info.. I was thinking it was the spot type light I was using before the cfl that cooked it
