no clue, sorry, but yea i share your interest... looks like a multi outlet dripper ganged onto some sort of PVC saddle clamp with a needle valve? looks very cool.
not what you are looking for... but you can accomplish something similar with a generic multi outlet barbed emitter assembly from any manufacturer... im sure you know this though.
