Need more info, man. Whatcha been spraying on them? Neem? Lots of it?
Fill out the troubleshooting form or at least give a bunch of info about what you have been doing to the plants- medium, nutes, chemistry, environment.

no neem. i not doing any leaf spraying.
its in a drip system.. with flora 3 part in it with root excelurator.
PH is 5.8 "check atleast 3 times a day" PPM is 1000, and temp is 25.4 cº

under a 2' long 4 bulb T5 fixture. 22" from base of the plant and 8" from the tallest plant... heres a pic of the hole set up and the stuff i use.. the tall plant on the left of the drip system is where i got the leaf from

What is your water source? What can you tell us about it?
T5 flouros work better within about 4" of the canopy.
What is the aeration in the res and exhaust fro the room?

i am using Ro water. there is an airstone in the rez and there really isnt an exhaust.. i leave the closet door open and have my room fan an the fan in the closet running all the time with a window open in the room

I would try placing the T5 as close as possible.
You may need to rotate the pot to keep them growing evenly.
The feeding schedule looks great.
With the what you've shown me in these pictures I would say that thrips have been chewing on the surface of the older leaves and they are dieing off. It looks like fungus is attacking the wounded leafs and thats why you see the dry wilt look and dark tissue.
By placing the light inches from the plants you should promote a healther plant and you shouldn't see there growth slow down.
Because you have mothers in soil I would treat all the plants with cold pressed neem oil and keep the fan running constantly. Keep the plants in soil down wind from the fan.

You got one more issue- you aren't running a mineral supplement like CalMag to replace missing components of your RO water. That's going to negatively impact the health of your plants and their ability to fight disease and heal from pest damage.
