Can all plants hermi?

Can all plants hermi?

I used to think this isn't possibly, but I've found there are some very weird things you can subject a plant to , that will almost always force the plant to hermi.

For example I have taken a few plants through a huge amount of stress tests from bad PH, to light leaks to overwatering and they all passed flying colours. But if I took these same plants in a closed plastic container with no air flow for a few days they would all hermi.

Is this just by chance or is the stress from this test just so much that even stable plants would show intersex traits?

Theoretically yes, all plants can hermi.... but some are MUCH less willing to hermi than others, to the point of almost being impossible to make them produce pollen even if you get some male flowers.

Can all plants show monoecious characteristics or dioecious characteristics? yes.
Different nodes on the same plant with different sexes and a plant with male and female at the same node [actual hermaphroditism].

Also gynoecious and the male equivalent too....sex is more complicated than a simple hermaphrodite.
