It seems CERT is being replaced with CAMP, and the Sheriffs are requesting them. lostcoastoutpost.com/categories/marijuana Not sure why I'm surprised to see camp back, but it seems pretty insensitive to the people who had to deal with them years ago. That's probably the whole point though.
