Calyx close-up (Kong's Krush): Okay browning, or mold?

Hi, everyone.

Many of the calyxes on our Kong's Krush are browning. We're in Zone 5 in Vermont, where there's been some rain and night temps are dipping to 40s-chilly, but still mostly 50s.

Here's more zoomed-out views:

And more zoomed-in views of some of her calyxes:

Does the browning look okay (e.g., due to drying and other vectors of chlorophyl loss) or not (mold)?

Thanks!

Squeeze it, if it's fine it will bounce back, if it's not it will smear.
There are definitely some smeary calyxes, but most aren't.

Not sure if brown-but-not-(yet?)-smeary is fine; but will trim a little more carefully...

It's been raining, raining, and these branches are so laden they're laying on the ground unless propped or tied!

Thanks, @GMT.
