call of duty 4 is sicker than my great aunt Chesapia. If anyone else on here plays we should exchange screen names and play. I dont have any friends on the game and im sure it would be cool to have people to play with and what not. I just got my headset today so im stoked, just put down your screen name and we will take off from there.

i would play you but im on a PC haha imo ps3 and 360 suck balls nothing beats a quad core with an 8800 ultra and 4 gigs of ram

Theres a COD 4 thread already but yeh last console I bought was a PS1, Pump up the PC mang , modern day consoles die in the arse pretty quickly

I got cod4 for the computer. Does anyone play on the low ping free for all servers at all? Also how can you organize a game with friends? And also is there old school free for all on pc? I'm on level 31. Does anyone know about the glitch in crossfire when you play oldschool mode? Its sweet!!

hey Mr.Dutch yea i kno all the glitches in the game pretty much , including some u dont need oldschool for . ive been playing COD4 on XBOX since it came out , im one of the "elite".

ive threw a grenade at some one close range, its bounced off there head and killed 2 different men .the guy it was meant for killed me lol

been sending kids and missis to bed early so i can have the tv at night lol

Ok what are these Glitches specifically?
I know Ive noticed a few, but have the concentration span of a goldfish (ok off topic here but when i typed gold fish some one on the TV said goldfish, wierd like yummybud) and forget them nearly the same second they become apparent.
Are these glitches console specific or do they extend to the whole range of COD4's?

Please tell us your COD 4 glitch experiences, I will make an effort to remember mine from now on and list them.

Theres one glitch on ps3 where when you play crossfire on old school free for all and you go to the end of the level where a house is blown up and you go up the stairs that are covered by stones and shit and theres a washing machine. Get ontop of that facing forward and jump backwards to this metal cage thing. Once you get on top of there you basically can walk across any barriers to any rooftop. Its hard to explain but one of the coolest glitches for sure.

PC has had 4 patches already, 360 zero. Infinityward made a patch that has to be approved by microsoft. Beginning of January it was sent to M$ and they sent it back for more work. Here is a list of what the patch is supposed to fix:

* If Host of lobby leaves, all players will be deposited back to the lobby where next best host will be selected before new game restarts. Players will no longer be kicked out of game entirely.

Improved Network Performance For Larger Games

* 18 player games now require more bandwidth to host, resulting in smoother performance for players.

Optimized Server Selection for First Match

* Server selection is now optimized to select best bandwidth servers associated by LSP.

Updated Spectator "Chase Cam"

* Change Spectator Mode: Switch between First Person and Third Person.
* 360 Degree rotation around character you're spectating.

Fixed "Playlist Older Than Host" Error

* Player will no longer get error when entering games.

Optimized Corrupt Create-a-Class Handling

* Players will no longer be kicked from game when their create-a-class data is corrupted.

Added Kill Cam To Everything

* Kill Cam view Added: Air Strike Bombs (Follows bomb from plane to target)

ok thats cool you guys all beat off while playing cod4 on your pc's (oh those multiaskers), but im looking ps3 players. But yea thanks for the patch update info all tho it has no use to me at all.

alrite well i play on xbox but heres a couple universal glitches for PS3 or XBOX.
1)XBOX - make ur language on ur console french , start game , go to clan tag , HOLD alt and enter 0 ( zero) or - (negative sign) and a picture of the left joystick or right joystick will appear in clantag.
PS3 - same thing except u make ur language dutch instead of french

2) catapult glitch - go to private match , make double health , quick health regen, friendly fire ON. A person who is NOT the host go to clan tag and enter '@@@@' but do not press ready. Then the host starts the game and while in loading screen press ready. once in game do NOT press back/select ( check teams / scores etc.). Ok now the person with the illegal clan tag jump off somewhere high and press back/select while at highest point in jump . You will now have a big black screen with error msg "clan tag contains illegal characters" , but everyone else will see u as frozen in mid air. Now ONE person on ur team shoots you with the pistol 4 times , then let ur health regenerate , then another 4 times , untill the entire pistol ammo is gone. Now let ur health regen one final time and press back/select again and BOOM ur a human cannonball.

**NOTE** when doing the catapult glitch the person who is frozen will fly watever direction the person shooting him is looking , so u wanna get a good angle. This glitch can be used to get On top of the mountains outside of countdown and on the highway outside of Boc just to name a few. Also prolly a good idea to put oldschool mode on for catapult glitch because ive only done it with that pistol that u start off with in that gamemode.


If you guys want map specific glitches post the name of the map and i probably know a couple

hey Northern Greens!

COD 4 is one of the greatest games ever made IMO... the chernobyl, C-130, and atomic bomb missions are legendary...

COD 4 is like 10 hours of Half Life 2 packed in to a very short storyline

Yea the C-130 mission is Great, probably my favorite. I'm lvl 41 online right now trying to get prestige lol
