Bullshit!!

1 - As an indoor Prop 215 care provider I clear about $40K/yr after overhead. And every single gram I grow (except my personal) goes to a cooperative. I also *give away* 25% of my medicine!

2 - I have done time for weed. I also have family members who are currently facing 25 years for God given meds!

3 - I have been in Nor-Cal since 1972 and have been smoking for 40 years. I know quite a few OG's from this culture.

4 - read my sig cuz I'm for decriminalization not regulation, I don't want corporate take over, and I'm sick and fucking tired of all these capitalist noobs flocking to my state and ruining our hard work along with our genetics..

hahaha what the fuck was number 3 for???? YOUR COOL BRO can i shake your hand or some shit hahahahahha

its already decriminalized so why not end arrests for adults completely???

and im saying those voting NO not those NOT VOTING read slower next time or something you dont even fall into what i was talking about guy.

I and many of my friends have been pulled over countless times and showed officers our weed. We are nice, cooperative and have our recommendations.

Only once did I get a possession ticket. No arrest. It was dismissed by the DA with an apology when I went to court.

You go to jail in California for possession if you dont follow the rules (really hard to break).

We all make our own beds; or should at least..

25 sqft per residence if anyone forgot. If you live with a roommate you each only get 12.5 sqft to veg, flower and HARVEST. If you live with two other roommates, you only get 8.33 sqft to veg, flower, and harvest. What a joke.

This is exactly what the BILL states. Do you understand what this means. Theres no way around this. Get it yet?

(c) Every person 21 years of age or over who knowingly furnishes, administers, or gives, or offers to furnish, administer or give, any marijuana to a person aged 18 years or older, but younger than 21 years of age, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of up to six months and be fined up to $1,000 for each offense. (d) In addition to the penalties above, any person who is licensed, permitted or authorized to perform any act pursuant to Section 11301, who while so licensed, permitted or authorized, negligently furnishes, administers, gives or sells, or offers to furnish, administer, give or sell, any marijuana to any person younger than 21 years of age shall not be permitted to own, operate, be employed by, assist or enter any licensed premises authorized under Section 11301 for a period of one year.

What you are saying is so stupid. I am not calling you stupid, I just dont think you have thought about this in a calm manner even once.

THERE IS A WAY AROUND "LIMITS"

just look at the plant limits put in place by the med bills. The cali third district court of appeals, and cali supreme court said plant limits are unconstitutional 3 times already.

Also if you do mess up they only take away your license for 1 year instead of throw you in prison!!!!!!!!!!!

and even if you lose your commercial license then you can change to a med shop, and sell to 215 card holder.

all your points are mute. It seems that subconsciously, you are just the kind of person that always just has to rebel against everything for no reason, other than you like to make things a pain in the ass. It is very irresponsible, and immature. I used to be like this too. Now I rebel in a smarter way.

prove me wrong.

ohh i get it.
your a kid scared to get busted.
you said the fine for you passing a joint to your minor friends is $100.00? how many have you paid so far?
that is beside the point.
your understanding of the law is flawed.
yes the portion of the law sounds scary if the word in the subsection i quoted you earlier were not limit but it is.
this is a simple matter of legal procedure.
the intent and scope statement at the beginning of every bill is the overriding precedent that every subsequent article in said bill is defined by.
hence where defined as contributing to the delinquency of a minor under penal code 272A1 is existing law and shall be punished bya fine not exceeding two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), or by
imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year, or by
both fine and imprisonment in a county jail, or may be released on
probation for a period not exceeding five years.

the provision in TC2010 is actually a reduction in sentence for the truly heinous crime of passing weed to a fucking 12 year old.

there is an argument to vote against it!

but your fear of an increase in penalty is bullshit!

STOP WRITING IN BIG LETTERS WHEN ALL YOU POST IS IGNORANT JUVENILE DRIVEL

do try to understand how laws work

^^ Takes oxycodone for it's mind expanding properties.

Wow bro, I thought I was done with this thread until I read that. What a fucking joke. Every one of those pills you pop (or rail or slam) means dollar signs for big pharma.. Unless you're prescribed OC in which case you're no less of a hypocrite. I can't believe you would criticize me for being against the corporatist takeover of the Cannabiz and then come back in the same thread talking about how much you love their candy. Disgusting.

^This bill is more likely to pass. cali needs the money to bad.

Reguardless of my feelings toward the bill, Cali does need the money, but it also doesn't. Its like giving an addict just more of his/her addiction. Sac is running wild and it needs to be tamed, not fueled.
I hate this fence...

Mr. Herer said the following "I don't want to f**king give the United States government one f**king dollar of taxes. I think that they should go to f**king jail for getting you and me and 20 million people getting arrested for pot. It is the safest thing you can do in the universe. And that is what we are going to do in California. Okay? Come over to my booth, over there, and I will see you next time."

on this one Mr.Herer was dead ass wrong(may he rest in peace)
if you or he or anyone else thinks that cannabis will ever be completely freed with no taxation or regulation....your just fucking lost.
marijuana will eventually be treated like any other "commodity" not a "sacred mystical guru" a plain ole commodity to be taxed and regulated just like every other good or service sold in these united states.

I`m voting No in November! This law sucks! It puts two new felony laws against MJ users on the books,Taxes, Controls, and Regulates us as promissed. Why in God`s good green earth would anyone even consider this piece of sh*t law? With 215 in place we have no need for any of this bunk law anyway! And despite what some people think if it passes it would not be step in the right direction or easy to change later! Keep trying Richard Lee as if you don`t make enough $ off poor sick people already!

you are a completly selfish fool.

a) This has NO affect on prop 215

b) The impact will be worldwide

c) the "new laws", divide Adult users so we don't go to Jail. . . . VERSES everyone "Breaking the law".

we've been fighting for so many god damn years to even get the right to have the OPTION to vote. Don't ruin this gateway opportunity by spreading your circular nonsense.

I'm also assuming you have a medical card and have no actual concept of what the real world of cannabis is like still.

You're missing a few things. Blow jobs are given by other people. On demand would imply the other person would sometimes be unwillingly giving another a blow job. That is not freedom or liberty.

Drugs and prostitution SHOULD be legal! Natural selection am I right?! :jump:

Just because other things are overwhelmingly oppressed doesn't mean we need to oppress more. Lets change the tide with this bill (by voting no, and waiting for a better one, the right one). California is good at that. We can do it. :dance013:

the biggest negative that seems to show up on these threads is the idea that you have taxed MJ?
as opposed to what you have now?
you need to have an active script, that means about $150 every 2 years or so?
and aren't dispensaries already taxed?
