California Assembly Bill

I was just wondering. Since the California assembly bill to decriminalize marijuana made it to the November ballet, How do you think it will affect medical dispensaries? Seems to me that they will all be out of business after this November.

Just to clarify...The Assembly Bill, AB390, is the makings of Assemblyman Tom Ammiano and was just resubmitted. Then there is Tax and Regulate 2010, which is the initiative we get to vote on in November.

Neither of them will have any effect on Prop215 or SB420.

No, but if marijuana becomes legal, I don't see any reason why anyone will need a medical dispensary.

They'll just be dispensaries then. Likely little will change. You have to understrand that in ca, (lets be reasonable) Its not legality that determines the cost of pot, it's standard supply/demand. The supply end of the curve might go up a small amount if it was full blown legalized, but the demand end will change only a little.
