Cali Outdoor Harvest 2011

Hello, I am far away from the Golden State where the Big Buds grow, but half the folks I know are headed out there to trim and manicure the harvest! How has this season been compared to previous years? Is it gonna be a world class great year for buds? We will only get the 2nds back where I'm at, but still I would like to know how ya'll are faring as the harvests come in. Happy Harvests!

the folks i know on a collective farm are already harvesting some of the plants, they do seem to be getting more than they did last year so far, but there has been mold issues for them that have really put a huge dent in their yields too, some plants were chopped early as well due to major mold issues so some of it is really not that mature and will probably just be used for hash making. so with the mold issues, it seems like they are still coming out ahead of last year so far, but not by much

some mold issues, and mites. decent weather at 4,000 feet. 2x 99 plant op. everyone comes up north for a damn trim job, doesnt mean they are going to get it. trimmers used to get 200-250 an elbow, now its like 150? then again, we do all of our own trimming. :]

some growers are doing alrite....most i know are having problems with insects and the weather....a cold spel this summer set alot of things back a few weeks....im hearing from a handful of growers i know that are pulling their crops now or plan too very soon...

and yes rain on the forecast definately gonna see some moldy stuff floating around...

damn fools just come in and barge the towns for trimming jobs... and get them!? thats fuggin crazy
