Calculating exhaust fan and carbon filter

Hello fellas!

I am trying to find out what size I need on the exhaust fan and on the carbon filter for a grow room that is 42m3.
Is it correct to multiply 42m3 with 60'(min) to find out the amount of cubic meters/hour the air will be exchanged by the fan?
Is there a way to calculate the size of the carbon filter needed?

The plan is to have 12 HPS 600w in that room. Lenght is 4m, widht is 3,5m and height is 3m.
