Calcium deficient? Need new eyes!

So... I am thinking that this must be a calcium deficiency based on all the guides I can find. In the small red circle you can see the tip of a new leaf affected. The bigger oval shows the edge of a fully formed leaf.

Can anybody confirm this?

no help? I did a foliar with CalMag last night and the new growth that I am seeing this morning seems to NOT have the tips burnt.
