SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on? 4-5 days now
What STRAIN are you growing? Nirvana's White Rhino
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)Direct sown from seed in LW, upped to FFOF in 1 qt container where it stands today
What is the age of your plants? Day 33 from seed
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? Approx. 15 days
How Tall are the plants? Approx. 10 inches
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Vegetative
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) Topped it today but other than that, it is being grown 'regular' if you will
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) The plant in question is in 1 Qt container by itself
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) FFOF w/20% perlite & 20% EWC
What Nutrient's are you using? Plain water mixed with molasses and EWC, tho this plant in particular did receive approx. 30-40 mL of a Veg tea consisting of high N guano, P guano, EWC and molasses as specified in Organics for Beginners
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* It's been appropriately scaled down for a 2 liter tea given the recipe instructions in the Organics for Beginners thread which calls for 1/3 Cup high N guano, 1/3 cup P guano, 1/3 cup EWC, 5 tbs. molasses. Roughly shakes out to 20-30 mL of each and 5-10 mL of molasses, don't quote me on that it's off hand and I don't have my book handy but like I said, it's a correct scaled down version of the recipe
How often are you feeding? It was only given the veg tea once, lowest node was yellowing at leaf tips so it seemed ready for it as it went into the FFOF "hungry"
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? 7.0
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? The 3 bottle aquarium test kit from Petco
How often are you watering? This plant gets watered every 2-3 days as needed
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? One and only feed was last week, initial yellowing lead me to think it was hungry but as evidenced by pics, yellowing continues along with spotting. Has not been fed since, just watering w/ewc & molasses
What size bulb are you using? T5 rig w/4 4' bulbs
What is the distance to the canopy? 3-5"
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)approx. 60
What is the canopy temperature?Around 78-80
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)Day hits, at heighest, 82-84, night is around 68-70
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)250 CFM exhaust fan, passive intakes
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ?The ventilation, exhaust is fine. This is not related to that.
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? No
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? No, it is allowed a proper dry/wet cycle.
Is your water HARD or SOFT?Its spring water, should be right in the middle
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?Spring water, bottled in gal jugs
Are you using water from a water softener? No
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?Topped today, Aug 12
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's?
No and no

Thanks for your help, I really would like some ideas as to what the hell might be going on here...

Bump... still persisting, got some input from a friend that it could be early stage Mg def. or as another thinks, pH spotting and/or Cal def. and recommended I give Cal/mag or equal supplement. Only thing is, I've been watering with ewc/molasses which should cover the Ca bases, especially given my water is spring.

Any thoughts IC?

I can't see any pics but 7.0 is too high for RO and I have issues with calmag in FFOF if I don't add dolomite lime. If you're only in a 1 quart container, you might be getting rootbound at that height.

I was thinking rootbound, rookie. So I'm upping them today, friday. Figure that, coupled w/it going into LC mix #2 w/d-lime should help it out so we'll see. Thanks man.

Pics should be showing up now.

i think its caused by fluctuations in PH like someone said above "ph spotting"
keep the ph constant and 6.2-6.8 and you'll be fine

stepping the plant up and watering with epsom salts couldnt hurt either.

keep it green
