C99 organic soil indoor grow problems

So I am new here and was hoping for some help. I keep having problems with my grows where I get these rust spots on my leaves sometimes it's worse than others. I am currently growing C99 in a 3 gallon pot with FFOF, some earth worm castings, perlite, dolomite lime, and have feed her with some Dr. Earth Flower Girl. I've been watering with ph'd water with seaweed extract. Ph is usually in the mid 6's. I noticed what I believe is a mag problem so I've added some calmag in with my last watering and gave her an epsom salt foliar feed. She's under a 400w HPS in a cool tube, temps are low 80's and I'm at 39 days of flower. I'm not sure if I should keep rolling along or make some changes. The only thing I could think it could be is white flies, I have seen only 1 fly and have a sticky strip hanging. I have inspected the plant and I can't find anything on the underside of the leaves. Plants in veg and another plant that I am flowering doesn't show the same problems. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Martha
