Hello Everyone. Here is the details first.
150 hps 2 CFLS
Panasonic whisper fan/2 small ocilating
5.6 gallon bucket split down the middle
Ocean forest and 1/3 perlite
2 strain grow Female C99 and Herbies free Candy from delicious seeds
2 weeks into flower

First I thought I had spider mites so I used miticide just in case
Now I think it's a calcium deficiency but since adding a teaspoon of dolomite lime as well as quarters and dimes to my last water I haven't seen a difference and actually looks worse. I also filer sprayed with lime as well "Stitches sick guide directions" I think my water is screwed but I bought ph down and I've been regulating it. I used one of those soil testers as well and it's 7.0 flat
I know that's not ideal but they should be ok. Also I'm pretty v sure these 2 strains are really not picky at all.
Please help.
What could it be. ? I keep looking at stitch sick guide and do what I think Is wrong. And it's not working for me.

Difficult to see from the pics but that soil could look a little dry.

Its also difficult to get a clear idea about the leaf damage because of the orange light, but that could be damage from heat and soil being too dry.

Ok I will take some pics with the light off tonight. Soil may look dry from the fan blowing down on it. Only thing I forget to mention was I added 1 tablespoon of lime per gallon of soil. Thank you for the reply. I realize 2 plants is also to much in my mini fridge.

Well make sure you water them enough. Make sure you get little run off when you do and let the pot go a little lighter before you water them again (if you can lift it), so you won't start over watering them.
When a plant is under-watered and under heat radiation from hps/mh lights, the damage looks like pH-damage and nutrient burns/deficiencies. Leaves of the plant don't have to look super droopy and the soil may still be too dry because it has been given too small amount of water/nute solution each time.

Always try to get the basics together if your plants start to look weird. Only after you're sure every basic thing is in order (climate, soil moisture, pH etc), then you should make corrections to nutrients.
Copper deficiency sounds abit strange of an explanation, because you didn't build your own soil and it's not heavily recycled. But i'm no expert when it comes to nutrients. I use BioBizz bottle nutrients so i don't have to think about deficiencies.

Here's some more pics. Thanx for the detailed reply. I got some calmag in figured it wouldn't hurt. So added 1 tsp. Of calmag pro and 1/4 strength foxfarm nutes. I think I may need a stronger fan for all the light I have.

Thank you again goat cheese, your tips are great. I do think it needs a bigger fan. I have one at my friends I'll get. I never had these problems Before I added those 2 big cfls. Next grow I'll try without them. I just wanted more yield because I don't have anymore space. So first I'll try as bigger fam if thst don't work then less light wah wah

The lime brings your pH up, which is already too high (@7). Calmag also messes with your pH, and is not needed, despite what everyone thinks on internet forums.

Of course, that doesn't change the PM fact, which is probably most of your problem.

Yea, looks like PM like few people said already. I have never had it, so it's best others help you with this problem.
Hope you get it sorted.

its not PM its the calcium residue on the leaf. If the leaves are turning purple early in flower. Like a few have already said, its P.H. going up. I like to drop P.H. by using guano's high in P, the fungi love it and will help drop the soil back down naturally and those micro-beasts will use up the Calcium. Happy Farming Bro. Keep up the good work. They look healthy so far. Just be consistent with a weakly spray to keep mites in check. I personally like organocide 3-1 at half to a quarter of the recommended amount per gallon. It does great as a folliar feed as well. Just make sure to spray 2 hours before lights on to avoid burning. 1 can get away with finishing 30 min before lights on, but i have a facility not a grow tent, my rooms take 1-2 hours to get to 75, and my lights sit 3-5ft from the tops of the majority of plants. So if you can always just pull your lights way up in a tent or small room to avoid burning at the canopy after a spray, as it makes them more photosensitive anyway. Plus it give the room all day to dry out so you can keep the RH down at night.
