C.A.P PPM-2A is overshooting my co2

This fuzzy logic device is tripping me out...it works with ease slowly shooting Co2 out and getting it around 1500 PPM ...problem is...the last few times i came into the room after work..i noticed the levels were like 3400+ PPM! this is my first time working with Co2...i just read on the Solenoid Valve ur suppose to adjust the tank to 30 PSI with a wrench and screwdriver...i never did that...could that be my problem?

whats up Sandman... i have a HH Deluxe with 3 600's that are aircooled with a 6" Vortex...the air coming in is from outside and the air blowing out is into a vent...so theres no air being taken outta the tent at all. I have the CAP PPM 2A hooked up to a 20lbs tank with a Hydrofarm regulator/Solenoid. I never adjusted the the PSI like the manufactor reccomended...do u think this is my problem?

also check your tanks co2 lvl after a cycle then just before the next to see if your leaking co2 from the system somewhere... if you are a soapy water sponge run over all the fittings and valves will help you find the possible leak by showing you bubbles when you sponge over it.

Also you do need to adjust the regulator to the advized pressure, the seals and fittings are not designed to handle high pressures

whats that mean? i'm having the same problem, my fuzzy logic says the room has 2500. my room is sealed to the best of my knowledge and i double checked the aircooled vents from leaking.

is there another way to reset the fuzzy logic besides unplugging it? thanks.
