Hej good folks at icmag. As i am a big fan of edibles i decided to make only one extraction with my bubbleator this time and use the re-frosen trim for my butter batch. I have done this with my bubble trim a few times before but this time i think its really good.
2 lbs butter.
Lots of trim(frozen, run once through my bags)
a liter of water
stove
I start with melting the butter in some water(about 50/50 iguess)
Add material when butter is melted.
Heat to a slow simmer and if you have as a wonderful wife as i have get some cappuchino, home made tiramizu and Alegria joint.......which goes very well with the sweetness of the tiramizu.
back to the butter.... simmer on slow heat for min 5 hours and preferably let cool overnight to roomtemperature.
Next morning: heat the mix slightly to ease the straining. I use pantys from the wife and double them op so they dont burst when i squeeze the liquid from the plantmaterial
Place the container in the fridge or just outside(if cold of course)until butter has solidified.
When solid i punch two holes on the oppside sides of the container and pour out the crap water
And this is the result:
It will be interesting to see how potent this butter is. Looks a little pale but that is to be expected cos the material was from dryed trim and has been washed for 6 min in my bubbleator.
I hope you enjoyed my little experiment/tutorial.
